This companion Flange is made for 2005+ Superduty front factory driveshafts with 2" Male pilot 1350 series,4xØ.500 Holes on 3.00BC with Ø1.500x10 spline, Ø1.815 hub diameter. Made specificialy for heavy duty carrier bearings like the BKOR Billet.
